CHILD CARE CENTRE MANAGERS

Type: Full Time & Part Time

Salary Range: $55K - $75K

The Role

FT Labour hire is continuously looking for Child Care Centre Managers for our clients and we currently have several positions available in NSW and VIC. We are seeking a high performing Child Care Centre Managers with the drive to develop amazing relationships with families, ability to lead a team of educators, whilst building an outstanding learning environment for children.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for the overall management and administration of the Centre
• Supervise the implementation of developmentally appropriate programs for children
• Assist with the recruitment of staff in accordance with relevant regulations
• Assist with the maintenance of day to day accounts and the handling of administrative matters
• Ensure that the Centre adheres to all relevant regulations and statutory requirements
• Ensure that the Centre exceeds quality assurance requirements
• Liaise with families and outside agencies
• Assist with the formulation and evaluation of annual budges
• Liaise with the owners as appropriate
• Provide professional leadership and development to staff
• Assist with the development and maintenance of policies and procedures for the Centre
• Manage the day to day operations of the Centre in line with company policies and procedures
• Provide leadership and guidance to all staff
• Manage rosters using our time and attendance system

General Requirements:

• Years of Experience: 4-5 years of relevant practical professional experience
• Education: At least a diploma/degree level of qualification
• A working with children check
• A high level of literacy
• The ability to develop and coordinate projects
• Be motivated & enthusiastic
• Demonstrate a high level of communication skills and maintain a professional manner in the workplace
• Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
• Be able to direct and train staff in the areas of best practice
